Curriculum
British Curriculum, Bespoke Curriculum
Kneller Hall Junior School, located at 41 Kew Foot Road, Richmond, offers a preparatory path for children 4 to 18 within a British curriculum with bespoke elements. In Reception to Year 6, the school offers English, mathematics, science and humanities, alongside modern foreign languages, underpinned by a rich STEAM programme uniting science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Music, art and drama are central to daily life, complemented by specialist teaching in sport and languages and a physical education programme. The school emphasises emotional intelligence, empathy, global citizenship and digital literacy, with pupils able to work towards the Dukes Young Leaders Award. A substantial co-curricular programme of clubs, trips and activities broadens horizons and builds confidence. The Junior Pathway develops strong academic foundations, resilience and independence, preparing pupils for Kneller Hall Senior School. The Junior School will relocate to Pope's Villa, Twickenham, in September 2028, preserving its values in a setting.
