Admissions
1) Entry points. Official entrance points are 3+, 4+, 7+ and 11+. Applications at other times are welcome but subject to availability. 2) Little Broomwood and Reception (ages 3-5). Little Broomwood is for ages 3-4; register and visit by September after the child's first birthday; places are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis; offers are made in October. Reception (ages 4-5) requires registration and a visit by September after the second birthday; places are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis; offers are made in October; if deadlines are missed, places may become available for the early years; a Waiting List is activated for children not selected. 3) Prep – Years 3-4 (ages 7-9). Entry to Broomwood Boys or Girls is automatic for children moving up from Broomwood Pre-Prep. External places are subject to a Taster Morning and a reference from the current school. 4) Prep – Years 5-8 (ages 9-13). Places are subject to attending a Taster & Assessment Day, the main one being in January of the year of entry, and obtaining a reference from the current school.

Scholarships
Junior Scholarship Programme. Broomwood offers a Junior Scholarship Programme to pupils who demonstrate outstanding potential in academics, drama, art, sport or music. Scholarships are available to suitable internal and external applicants from Broomwood Pre-Prep, who are currently in Year 2 moving into Year 3; external candidates may apply for occasional places moving into Year 4.
