Application and admissions fees
- Registration fee: GBP 180 (non-refundable) payable at the time of application.
- Acceptance deposit: GBP 3,000 payable when accepting an offer; held without interest and refunded when the pupil leaves the school, less any outstanding costs such as trips or unreturned/damaged school property. The deposit is non-refundable if the accepted place is not taken up.

1. Register Your Interest: Registration is open from birth, and families are encouraged to register as early as possible. Complete the online registration form to secure your child's place on the list. A non-refundable registration fee of £150 is required at the time of application. Registration does not guarantee the offer of a place. 2. Entry Points and Availability: The main entry point is Reception (age 4). Places are also available in other year groups, subject to availability. Early registrants are placed on the main list and prioritised when places become available. Once the main list is full, applications are added to our waiting list. 3. Visit Us: Prospective families are encouraged to visit the school — either at one of our Open Mornings or on a personal tour. This is the best way to experience the Junior School community, meet staff, see our children learning, and get a real sense of what life at Kneller Hall looks and feels like. Open Morning and tour dates are published for families. 4. Offer and Acceptance: Once a place becomes available, the Admissions team will be in touch to confirm the outcome and outline the next steps for accepting your child's place. We aim to make the process clear and straightforward, and the team is available to answer questions at every stage.
