Asia Pacific International School, Hawai‘i Campus, is a K–12, fully accredited international school on a 97-acre campus on the North Shore of O‘ahu. The Hibiscus Model of international education guides a place-based, globally connected program across campuses, with the East Asia campus in Seoul serving as a broader network. The elementary program uses Lucy Calkins' Readers and Writers Workshop and Everyday Mathematics, while Project-Based Learning and New Pacific Century skills—collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and global citizenship—flow through all grades. A fully articulated K–12 foreign language program emphasizes East Asian languages: Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Signature programs include Project-Based Learning, Literacy, STEM, Agriculture, Hawaiian Studies, Music, Art, Physical Education, Swimming, and After-School Enrichment. The campus supports a residential boarding program, 24/7 security, Learning Commons, and a maker space. Students access dual-credit courses with the University of Hawai‘i, pursue internships, and participate in Global Issues Network and extensive arts and athletics offerings.
