Published early / discounted payment band (for reference)
- The school publishes a lower/early payment band covering 21 March 2026 — 30 June 2026. Annual amounts for that early band are published alongside the standard band and will be applied when payment falls into that date range. (Annual amounts are listed in the school's published 2026/27 fee schedule.)
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition varies by the published payment date (the school publishes an early payment band and a standard band). A discount system and payment plans are offered (details are handled by Admissions). Payments are made in Russian Rubles and converted at the Central Bank rate on the date of payment; if the Central Bank rate is below 100 RUB = 1 EUR the school applies a fixed rate of 100 RUB per EUR.
- The school's academic calendar is organised across five terms during the academic year; the per‑term equivalents above were calculated by dividing the published annual fee by five to match the published term structure.
Boarding / accommodation
- No boarding or residential programme fees are published for the Skolkovo campus. Transport (school bus) is offered as a paid service when available; boarding accommodation is not listed as an option for the Skolkovo campus.
Other costs and what is / is not included
- School transport (where available and by route) is published as RUB 250,000 per school year (charged separately from tuition). Tuition fees include school meals three times a day and all books for all year levels. Tuition fees do not include transport services, summer courses, or the school uniform (uniform cost is not published).
Refund information
- The entrance / enrolment fee is non‑refundable. No separate publicly published comprehensive tuition refund table or withdrawal refund schedule is published alongside the fee schedule.
Fee payment options (channels)
- The school's published fee page specifies currency and conversion rules (payments are taken in Russian Rubles at Central Bank rate) and notes payment plans are available; the fee page does not list specific payment channels (for example, bank transfer details, credit card acceptance, or online payment providers) on the public fee page. Parents are advised to confirm accepted payment channels directly with Admissions or Finance at the time of invoicing.
Discounts
- A 5% sibling discount is published for the second and subsequent enrolled children. Corporate agreements and payment plans are offered subject to arrangements with Admissions.
Summary of missing / not‑published items
- The school's public fees page (2026/27) publishes annual tuition bands, the entrance / capital fee, transport charge, inclusion of meals and books, the currency conversion rule, and availability of payment plans and sibling discount, but it does not publish: (a) a complete tuition refund / withdrawal reimbursement table, and (b) specific payment channels or bank details (e.g., explicit mention of bank transfer, credit card acceptance, or card processors). These items are normally provided at contract/invoice stage or by Admissions.
