Application and examination fees
- First-time registration fee (droit de première inscription): EUR 500 (non‑refundable except for documented medical reason or force majeure; refund request must be submitted in writing before the end of the term in which the fee was charged).
- Examination fees (charged on the 3rd‑term invoice):
- Épreuve anticipée de français: EUR 320 (2026/2027).
- Baccalauréat: French candidates EUR 400; candidates of other nationalities EUR 605. These examination registrations are payable and are not refundable once the candidate is registered.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are fixed in euros and are invoiced either as a single annual payment or by term on receipt of the invoice. The academic year is divided into three terms: Term 1 (September–December), Term 2 (January–March), Term 3 (April–June). Payment is due at the start of each term upon receipt of the invoice. Any term begun is due in full. A pro rata refund for an unfinished term may be granted only in case of force majeure and only on written, justified request made before the end of that term. Late or unpaid invoices trigger formal reminders and recovery procedures; persistent non‑payment may lead to removal from the roll and legal action.
Sibling discounts
- Discount schedule for siblings enrolled simultaneously: 15% off the annual tuition for the 3rd child, 25% for the 4th child, 35% for the 5th child, and 45% from the 6th child onward. Full price applies to the two eldest children. These reductions apply only to tuition fees.
Boarding / internat
- No boarding (internat) fees are listed; the school operates as a day school with paid optional services (meals, transport, etc.). No internat/pension charges apply.
Other costs and optional services
- School meals (cantine): several pricing options are available in Russian roubles for 2026/2027 depending on formula and payment method; examples (IFCM Group prices): Tarif 1 — 735 RUB (base rate primary→lycée); Tarif 2 — 640 RUB (reduced when prepaying a term); Tarif 3 — 570 RUB (lighter formula); Tarif 4 — 650 RUB (maternelle base). Meal service is generally optional except where specified for particular sites or levels. Payment hours for the school cashier and contact addresses for the caterer are published for parents.
- School bus (navette): a paid school shuttle service is offered; families use a specific registration form to subscribe to the bus service. Fees for the shuttle are charged separately.
- Textbooks and supplies: families must procure textbooks and school supplies; the school does not supply primary or secondary sets of books and materials. Families may order certain items through the parents' association. Expect an additional cost for new or replacement textbooks and required supplies.
- Optional trips, extracurricular trips and language certification fees: charged to families when organized; participation commitments are financially binding and are non‑refundable except for documented medical reasons or force majeure (conditions and limits apply). A voluntary solidarity contribution may appear on the first‑term invoice of the eldest child. Financial aid and occasional assistance can be made available on request and subject to review.
Refund and cancellation rules (summary)
- First‑registration fee: non‑refundable except for documented medical reasons or force majeure with a written refund request submitted before the end of the term in which the fee was charged.
- Tuition: any started term is payable in full; a prorated refund for a term may be granted only in case of force majeure and on written request submitted before the end of that term.
- Exam registrations (baccalauréat and certain exam components): charged and not refundable once registration is made. Trips and optional activities: generally non‑refundable except for documented medical reasons or force majeure and subject to the provider's and the school's rules.
Fee payment options and practical payment details
- Accepted payment methods: cash at the school cashier (hours vary by site), cheque, and bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted. The school favors bank transfer to the Trésorerie Générale pour l'Étranger (TGE) account for euro payments; an option for rouble payments to a local bank account is provided. Rouble payments use an official exchange rate (taux de chancellerie) applied on the payment date. Bank account details (IBAN/SWIFT and local rouble account) and explicit transfer references are provided on invoices and in the financial regulations; all transfers must include the invoice reference and be notified to the school's fee service. An instalment schedule may be granted on written request to the school's finance office. Cashier opening hours and the explicit note that no card payments are accepted are published for each site.
Notes on invoicing and consequences of late payment
- Invoices are issued by term or for the full year; payment deadlines are set in reminders. If payment is overdue, the school issues formal email reminders and then registered letters; failure to regularize at term end can lead to exclusion from the establishment and refusal to re‑enrol the pupil and siblings, and may result in legal recovery actions. An individual payment plan may be negotiated in writing with the school's financial services.
