Tuition: structure, inclusions and exclusions

- Tuition is billed either termly (every three months) or annually. Tuition covers: core tuition, lunch and morning/afternoon snacks, all books and use of the library. Many extra-curricular activities delivered by internal staff are included. The following are expressly excluded from tuition and charged separately: purchase of school uniform, the school bus service, individual music tuition and extra-curricular activities provided by external providers.

Tuition by year group (amounts)

- The school does not publish tuition amounts for individual year groups or per-term/per-year numeric fees on its publicly available fees page; full fee schedules and numeric tuition values are provided directly by Admissions on request.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is due at the beginning of each term or before the student's first day of the term. The school accepts either termly payments (once every three months) or a single annual payment. Admissions must be completed and the Assessment Fee is payable as part of the registration process.

Boarding / Residential provision

- English International School Moscow operates as a day school (school hours and description identify it as a day school). No boarding accommodation or boarding fees are published or described as part of the school offering. Transport is provided by a paid school bus service (additional charge).

Other costs and fees

- Uniform: school uniform is compulsory and must be purchased from the school shop; a uniform price list is maintained by the school. Costs for uniform items are charged separately from tuition.

- Bus service: the school operates a door-to-door bus service across Moscow and an additional fee applies for use of the bus. Routes and charges are organised at the start of each term.

- Individual music tuition and extra-curricular activities run by external providers are charged extra and are not included in tuition.

Refunds and cancellation

- No detailed public refund schedule or numeric refund policy for tuition and fees is published on the school's publicly available fees pages. The school's terms and conditions include standard legal disclaimers and reserve the school's right to make changes; specific refund and cancellation terms are managed through the school's admissions and finance processes. Parents should obtain the school's formal fee and refund terms from Admissions when arranging enrolment.

Fee payment options

- The school accepts payments in Russian rubles or Euros. Accepted methods include bank transfer or card payments made at school campuses.
