- To be reimbursed one term's fee when leaving at end of Spring Term (Spring Term end date: Wednesday 1 April 2026), the school must receive formal notice by Friday 30 January 2026.
- No reimbursement is made for leaving at end of Summer Term (Summer Term end date: Thursday 9 July 2026) unless formal notice is received by Thursday 30 April 2026.
- If formal notice deadlines are missed, the school applies the following liabilities for the subsequent term: 0% (if notice by the formal date), 50% (if notice within the following month), or 100% (if notice after that month) as specified for each term. Students leaving must meet all financial obligations before records are released. 3. Apply. When ready to join, applicants are guided through a clear and straightforward application process. Applications are accepted throughout the year. For each application, there is a non-refundable fee of €250 (families with a child already at BSN do not need to pay). If an applicant is approved and a place is declined, the fee is retained; if a place cannot be offered, the fee is refunded.
