Annual tuition at Sreenidhi International School ranges from INR 265,000 to INR 1,121,000 for 2026/27.
Application & one‑time admission fees
- Registration (one‑time at admission): INR 2,500.
- Refundable caution deposit (paid at admission): Day students: INR 20,000; Boarders (5‑Day and 7‑Day): INR 50,000. The caution deposit is refundable and will be remitted to the parent/guardian's bank account within 90 working days after graduation, withdrawal, or transfer, subject to adjustment for any outstanding charges.

Transport (optional)
- Annual transport charge for day boarders (if availed): INR 79,500 per annum. With ETZ / CCA option: INR 95,500 per annum. The annual transport fee is charged for the full year even if a student later opts out.
What the consolidated fee covers
- The consolidated fee includes tuition and annual school fee items (teaching, digital platforms, stationery and supplies, library resources, e‑texts), experiential co‑curricular activities, identified learning support, after‑school subject support, counselling (including university guidance and test support), physical fitness and arts programs, in‑school preparation for teams/competitions, repairs and upkeep, lab equipment and utilities. It also includes nutrition (breakfast, lunch and two snacks per day for students up to DP2) and a standard set of uniforms and items as listed (for PYP1 to DP2: four sets of school uniform, one school hoodie, two sets house sports uniform, two pairs of school shoes, one backpack). For boarders the consolidated fee additionally covers board & lodging services, supervised study, laundry of school uniforms, routine medical care, pastoral support and specified transport for 5‑Day / 7‑Day boarders.
Other costs and exclusions
- The consolidated fee does NOT include: toiletries and personal clothing, personal laundry (except for boarders where school laundry of uniforms is included), field trip expenses outside Hyderabad, field trip costs within Hyderabad that exclude transport, extraordinary medical expenses, special or additional uniforms beyond the included set, pocket money, passport photos, and other personal expenses. Boarders are required to deposit INR 50,000 into the student's Personal Deposit Account for pocket money and personal expenses; the school will provide statements of expenses and balance. Pocket money for boarders should not exceed INR 4,000 per month.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and consolidated school fees are payable in three instalments:
- 1st instalment due by 15 March of the preceding academic year or on enrolment;
- 2nd instalment due by 15 September of the academic year;
- 3rd instalment due by 15 December of the academic year.
- Late‑payment charges: a late fee is applied for non‑payment of any instalment by the due date: INR 1,000 for payments received within 15 days after the due date; INR 2,500 within 30 days; INR 4,000 within 45 days; and an additional INR 100 per day for payments received more than 45 days after the due date. Continued non‑payment may lead to deregistration as per the school policy.
Refund information
- Tuition and consolidated school fees are not refundable. The school's fee policy states that Tuition and School Fees will not be refunded once paid. The refundable portion is the caution deposit (see amounts above), which will be refunded within 90 working days after graduation, withdrawal, or transfer subject to settlement of any outstanding dues.
Boarding specifics (included in boarding fee lines above)
- Boarding fees listed above are consolidated annual amounts for 5‑Day and 7‑Day boarders by programme. Boarding inclusions: bed and bedding, cupboard and study furniture, hot/cold water, internet and television access, weekly film screening and recreational facilities, supervised evening study, pastoral care, routine medical care, laundry of school uniforms and specified transport arrangements for boarders (Monday/Friday for 5‑Day boarders; airport/rail transfers for 7‑Day boarders around long weekends/holidays). Parents should note the separate INR 50,000 Personal Deposit Account requirement for boarders.
Fee payment options and procedure
- Accepted payment modes: Demand Draft (DD) in favour of SREENIDHI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL or online transfer / electronic payment through the school's online payment system as specified by the school's accounts team. Parents are provided instructions for the online payment process and payment schedules by the school's accounts team. Evidence of bank transfer or DD details are used to reconcile payments.
Notes on annual adjustments and instalments
- Consolidated tuition and school fees are subject to an annual increase (the school indicates a typical increase in the range of 10%–12% annually). With each programme transition (EYP → PYP, PYP → MYP, MYP → DP/CP) fee levels will change in addition to any annual increase. Installment notices and fee payment communications are issued by the school's accounts office.
