What tuition does not cover
- Tuition / composite fees do not include uniforms, textbooks, sports camps, charges for external examinations, college application fees and similar third-party charges; these are payable in addition.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing cadence: Tuition and recurring charges are invoiced on a quarterly basis (composite fee shown per quarter). Fees are payable on the first day of term; fee levels are reviewed annually and may increase.
- Invoice schedules and due dates are provided during the admission process and via the school's billing portal.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Admission, registration, development and IT charges are non-refundable. If a student fails to join after payment of admission fee and the first instalment, those fees will not be refunded and are not transferable. The security deposit is refundable subject to the school's Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawal and refund processes follow the school's Withdrawal Policy.
Fee payment options and process
- Primary payment channel: online payment via the school's fee portal. Detailed instructions for using the portal and the portal payment screens are provided to families.
- Alternative accepted method: cheques payable to ‘Lancers International School' with the student's name on the back are accepted by the school office.
Practical notes for parents
- All recurring tuition amounts in the fee tables are shown as a composite quarterly fee; multiply by four to obtain an annual figure (examples above are provided as both quarterly and annual amounts).
- Admission fees are non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable according to the Withdrawal Policy; other refundable conditions are governed by the school's published policy documents.
