Tuition fees by year group (annual and per-instalment)
Annual tuition is assessed by year group. The school offers payment-in-full or an instalment plan; when paid by instalments under the standard plan, the annual tuition may be divided into ten equal monthly instalments (September–June). Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment options include: pay the full annual tuition in one payment or spread the balance into scheduled instalments. The school's standard instalment plan allows ten equal payments with due dates running from September 1 to June 1. Registration and admission fees are payable at the time of signing the enrollment contract.
- The enrollment deposit and certain application/registration fees are non-refundable and are applied toward the student's tuition obligation as specified in the enrollment contract. Parents are responsible for the balance according to the payment schedule they select.
- The school may assess additional ancillary charges (for example: security, technology, graduation fees, student council, or extracurricular activities); these may be billed separately and are not always included in the base tuition.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not provided. The school operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply.
Other mandatory and typical additional costs
- Building fund / capital contribution: CAD 3,600.00 per family total; payable in three yearly instalments of CAD 1,200.00 each (applies per family).
- Parent Association fee (per family): CAD 80.00 per year (covers association fees and related items such as a basic photo package in some enrolment formats).
- Fundraising obligation / fundraising deposit: an annual fundraising expectation applies (example listed: CAD 250 per family or a refundable fundraising deposit in earlier fee schedules); specific treatment (deposit vs. billed obligation) is specified in the school's fee package and enrollment materials.
- Registration / administrative fees: registration and/or admission charges are required at sign-up. (Examples in published fee materials include registration and admission charges; exact amounts and which entry years they apply to are specified on the enrollment contract.)
- Security & technology fees, graduation fees, student-council or yearbook fees, and occasional trip or program fees are charged in addition to tuition where applicable; amounts vary by year group and program.
- Meals / lunch program: Kindergarten and some early years include lunch in the fee structure for those year groups; other meal plans or daily hot-lunch programs may be available at additional cost.
Refunds and cancellation
- Enrollment and admission deposits and certain registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellation and any refund entitlements are governed by the terms of the signed enrollment contract and by the applicable Quebec legislation for private schools; the contract provides the schedule and rules for instalments, cancellations, and any permitted refunds.
Fee payment mechanisms (how payments are typically accepted)
- The school accepts cheque payments and permits scheduled instalment payments. Instalment schedules are set out in the enrollment contract (ten monthly instalments is the commonly offered plan). Specific electronic payment arrangements, pre-authorized withdrawals, or third-party billing services and any applicable convenience or credit-card surcharges are set out in the school's enrollment and billing documents.
